Bookings into Automation Premium

What is it?

An integration between members own websites/member profile pages and Automation Premium enables bookings to be sent directly to AP, for those members who use it. Members will receive bookings via the following methods:

  • Members with AP will receive bookings via AP and email.
  • Members without AP will receive bookings via email, and optionally SMS (if opted in).

How does it work?

The new online booking experience is now used to collect all bookings across repcoservice.com and members own websites.

New bookings will be alerted to AP users as they're processed online. The source of the booking (repcoservice.com, their own website, or an email campaign) will be included in the information provided to the member.

The booking form will look like the below in AP;

On this screen you have three actions;

  • Reject: This will decline the request and open a message box to make direct contact with the customer, if required.
  • Accept: Accepted bookings go onto the diary and can then be converted into jobs as per any other booking.
  • Dismiss: This will make the form go away for a few minutes, just in case you didn't want to make a decision on the booking at that moment.

To delete a booking that has been accepted go to the diary form, highlight the booking you want and hit the delete button. 

Please note: Info about deleting bookings is in the AP help files, press F1 from inside the program and you'll be taken to the online help files.

Notes:

  • This feature will only apply to members who have AP installed and activated.
  • The current email capabilities will remain in place for everyone.
  • The Booking button on campaigns will be directed to the new booking experience.
