Ensampled customer surveys
The Ensampled integration enables RAS members to email a survey request to specified customers after their service is complete.
This integration provides an efficient means for RAS members to survey their customers, record survey sends and completed surveys and then review them at a later date.
Eventually members will be able to add these surveys to websites and social accounts as social proof of the good work they are doing (they will have control over which survey results are published).
How surveys work
- A customer makes a booking and completes their service.
- A member can mark a service for survey when closing out a job in Automation Premium.
- The next day at 7am MMS sends a survey request to Ensampled, who will initiate the survey and engage with the RAS member's customer on their behalf.
- The survey send is recorded in MMS (the Survey model is only visible to Admin level users). A link to the survey is also stored.
- If and when a customer completes the survey the member is notified by email and can view the survey results by visiting Ensampled in the top navigation on MMS or RASNET.

Note: RMs and BDMs can view state based survey data using the Ensampled link.
