Dashboard metrics decoded
The RASNET dashboard gives each member a summary of all marketing activity and leads so they get a good feel for the value the program is providing to them.
Here is a rundown of the metrics to ensure you understand what each of them means for the members;
Leads
The total of all phone call and email leads from a member's own website and the repcoservice.com directory. It does not include profile views.
Calls
The total number of people who have clicked to see the member's phone number on their website or through the repcoservice.com directory.
Profile views
The total number of people who have viewed a workshop's details and profile on the repcoservice.com directory, including appearances in location search results.
Sessions
Visits to a member's own website (also known as a session) and the number of page views. A session could involve multiple page views. A visitor could have multiple sessions i.e. visit the site multiple times.
Bookings
The breakdown of online bookings from a member's own website and the repcoservice.com directory.
Opens
The key statistics from a member's latest email campaign.
- Sends: The number of email addresses an email was successfully sent to.
- Opens: The total number of times an email was opened be all recipients.
- Clicks: The total number of times a link within that email campaign was clicked.
Top gun target
Total 3-month top gun target.
Top gun actual
Total top gun spend.
Navpro rebate
Total amount earned in NavPro rebate balance.
Conference PAYG balance
This is the account balance of a member's conference PAYG.
