Member Licence Management

MMS simplifies licence management by automating the display of RTA or RHL in relevant areas, ensuring that we’re helping members meet licence requirements.

A new section called Licences within the MMS member model will allow the management of the following licence types:

  • RTA (ARC refrigerant trading authorisation)
  • RHL (ARC refrigerant handling license)
  • MVRL (Motor vehicle repairer license)

Goals

  • Provide the ability to record various licences in MMS.
  • Automate the process of displaying RTA (or RHL) in the relevant locations.
  • Ensure that we’re helping our members meet license requirements.

Add new license

  • Navigate to the MMS member model.
  • Go to the member profile and access the "Licence" section.
  • Click the "Create" button.
  • Select the licence "Type" from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the licence "Number" in the field provided.
  • Click on the Edit icon to edit the licence record.
  • Click on the Delete icon to delete the record.
  • Click the "Save" button to create the licence/s.

Licence Display

Once the licence number is added in MMS and the Prismic ARC licence slice is included, the ARC RTA (and RHL) licences will automatically display in the appropriate locations on both MOW and RSC.
