MMS dashboard

The MMS dashboard aims to provide a visual representation of member life cycle metrics for RAS management and RM/BDM teams.

It will allow the team to quickly view their member base and gain insight into how they are performing.

Goals

  • Present statistics for the entire program, by zone or by RM.
  • Visualise program saturation via the map view.
  • View member/prospect activity.

Using the dashboard

To access the dashboard log in to MMS, you will land on the dashboard as soon as you are authenticated.

Navigating to member records

To return to member records use the menu icon (three horizontal lines, circled in green below);

Filters

The dashboard can be filtered in the following ways;

  • Zone
  • RM/BDM
  • Date range (only the statistics below the map are affected by the date range filter)

Metrics decoded

Here is a rundown of the metrics to help you get the most from the MMS dashboard;

Total members

Total number of members (premium, authorised and affiliates) in the program.

Total members by type

Total number of members broken down by type of membership.

Total prospects

Total number of businesses currently being approached to become members.

Member map

Members mapped on an interactive map, you can search for a location or toggle each member type - premium, authorised and affiliate - on and off.

Member activity

Member upgrades, new members, member downgrades and member exits grouped by week.

New members

New members split into premium, authorised and affiliates categories. Click on this graph to see a list of these members.

Member exits

Member exits split into premium, authorised and affiliates categories. Click on this graph to see a list of these members.

Prospect activity

New prospects and closed prospects grouped by week. Click on this graph to see a list of these members.

New and closed prospects

Prospects split into new and closed categories. Click on this graph to see a list of these members.
